Dinner features a carefully crafted menu of regional dishes served while you enjoy the tranquil sea and sunset. The catamaran includes a bar, lounge area, upper deck, two restrooms, and free WiFi for a comfortable journey.

Enjoy an authentic selection of Algarve flavors offered in two parts:
- First Course Mini-Buffet: marinated carrots, olives, mini codfish pastries, piri piri chicken skewers, Algarvian gazpacho, tuna pâté, homemade bread chips, Caprese salad with local goat cheese, poached Carapau fillets, and carob cake with orange zest.
- Flying Service: sardine tiborna with lemon cream cheese, Mediterranean chicken wrap, vegan chickpea wrap, Serra mountain skewer with presunto and goat cheese, Mediterranean salad, orange with cinnamon and honey, and vegan almond panna cotta with pomegranate and carob crumble.
