Meet at the location sent via WhatsApp one day before the tour, or search 'Benagil eco tours' on Google Maps. Free private parking is available, avoiding the busy lots in the Benagil or Marinha area where spaces are scarce after 8am.
The tour begins on a nearby farm with rescued animals such as donkeys, goats, dogs, and cats, which guests can feed. After a brief history and safety briefing, you will walk 430 meters along a private access path to a secluded pirate beach once used by pirates.
At the beach, you will receive a safety briefing before starting the guided kayak tour. Paddle through lesser-known sea caves and deserted beaches, including the famous Benagil Caves with their distinctive natural skylight. Admire various rock formations and vibrant marine colours away from the crowds.
