Description
The visit will be carried out by a native guide from Silves. You will discover the history of this ancient city, its people the traditions, stories and local flavors. Let's start by visiting the local market and finding the best products that are produced in the region. During the tour we will contemplate the architecture and interpret the diversity of styles. Upon entering the city inside the wall, we will discover the archaeological wealth that’s exists here. We will enter the Cathedral, one of the most important Gothic buildings in the Algarve, and enter the Castle, one of the most peculiar Muslim fortifications in Portugal, built in red sandstone.
