Description
Meet your guide at the Praia dos Estudantes parking area around 9:00 am and get equipped with high-quality stand-up paddle gear and a safety life jacket. After a short 10–15 minute introduction on the beach, your certified SUP instructor will provide clear and simple instructions to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe before entering the water, even if it is your first time paddling. Once ready, set off along the spectacular coastline of Lagos to explore the famous cliffs, arches and sea caves that have made Ponta da Piedade one of the most iconic natural landmarks in the Algarve. Paddle at a relaxed pace in a small group while enjoying breathtaking views of the rock formations, crystal-clear waters and hidden caves accessible only from the ocean. Throughout the experience, your guide shares helpful tips to improve your balance, paddling technique and confidence on the board, making the activity enjoyable for both beginners and more experienced paddlers. You are welcome to bring a waterproof pouch if you would like to take photos during the tour, and your personal belongings can be safely stored in the van while you are on the water. This experience is family-friendly and suitable for participants of all levels. We provide boards adapted to all sizes, including larger boards for taller or heavier paddlers and suitable equipment for children (ages 5–12 can paddle, younger children can join on a parent’s board). Enjoy a fun, safe and unforgettable stand-up paddle adventure discovering one of the most beautiful coastlines in Portugal. YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM AT LEAST 50M FOR THIS ACTIVITY.
