This summer, iconic NoSoloÁgua Portimão - renowned as one of the best beach and pool clubs in the Algarve - is turning over its stunning poolside restaurant once a week to a brand-new culinary takeover: Kyma Modern Greek pop-up restaurant.
Operating only on Mondays, Kyma brings together traditional Mediterranean warmth with sophisticated nightlife vibes an DJ sets. More than just a delicious food experience, an evening at Kyma is vibrant, interactive sensory experience right by the sea.
Guests can write personalized messages, dreams and wishes on earthenware plates, and then, in true Greek fashion, smash them into the grand central urn. Expect hand-clapping, foot-stomping and handkerchief-waving fun!
The menu at Kyma Modern Greek features a great array of traditional meze, souvlaki and keftedes. Show-stoppers on the menu include the 12 hour sous-vide slow-cooked lamb shoulder and beef ribs.
