UMAMI is Quinta do Lago's most recent restaurant and offers quality Asian dining in a beautiful setting. The Robata grill is in action, cooking wagyu beef, fresh tuna and seafood to perfection. There is a great array of sushi and sashimi, and the cocktails are inspired. All this with magnificent views of the lake and the Ria Formosa.
