Every Friday at Praia Dourada Beach Club you can enjoy alternate outdoor yoga and strenght training sessions by the sea, followed by a tasty, healthy breaksfast at NANA on the Beach.
With fresh air to breathe, sea views to admire and sunshine on your shoulders, the Algarve was made for outdoor life. Starting in June 2026, you can join exercise sessions every Friday, led by experts and personal trainers.

- Every Friday for 45 minutes, two classes alternate week by week.
- One week is dedicated to mobility, balance and strength .
- The next week is a Hatha Yoga class focusing on posture, breath and mindfulness.
- Starting on Friday 12th June with Mobility, Strenght and Balance.
- Each class is followed by breakfast a NANA on the Beach
