Vistas Restaurant is the fine dining signature restaurant of the Monte Rei Golf & Country Club resort in the Eastern Algarve, near to the Spanish border. Under the leadership of chef Rui Silvestre, Vistas Restaurant offers a fine dining experience where the best local ingredients shine in the creation of wonderful dishes. At Vistas the menu is Mediterranean with strong Portuguese influences, offering delicious creations that vary according to the season but never vary in quality and excellence. The restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2019.

Vistas Restaurant has fabulous views across the fairways at Monte Rei and towards the Atlantic Ocean. The inside dining room is also impressive with a high vaulted ceiling setting the stage for gastronomic delights.
