The newest addition to the culinary world of renowned luxury resort Vila Vita Parc, Ciro is located in Guia, a small Algarve village famous for its restaurants that serve dishes of just-grilled chicken piri piri.
Embracing the traditions while elevating the experience, at Ciro you dine in a beautifully restored, white-washed building with a patio and inner courtyard for al fresco dining, an upper terrace with views of the pretty village chapel, and a stylishly understated dining room.
Fire at Ciro
The open-flame kitchen is at the heart of Ciro, visible to guests. Here the chefs work with the fire, a dance of precision and collaboration with heat, char and aroma, while the wood-fired oven produces perfect loaves and flatbreads, brought warm to the table.

Made to share, the menu at Ciro is led by the seasons and crafted by fire. Lightly charred tiger prawns and sea bream crudo bring sea and fire together; perfectly grilled catch of the day and succulent tomahawk with triple cooked chips; Ciro boneless chicken platter – a recognition of Guia’s traditions; sweet, smoky, grilled peaches for a delicate fire-flavoured dessert.
