Spinach Quiche by Chef Guy Doré

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
300ml Milk
250g Heavy Cream
50g Butter
100g Onion
100g Grated Cheese
500g Spinach
1 Pack of Shortcrust Pastry
2 Garlic Cloves
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Mixed Herbs
