Gusto Summer Menu

Gusto Restaurant at Conrad Algarve has a new and exciting Summer Menu for 2025. The new Tasting Menu and new à la carte menu are available throughout the summer. 

Gusto, holder of a Michelin star, and the flagship fine dining restaurant at Conrad Algarve, has a new and delicious menu to match the vibrant summer season in the Algarve. Inspired as always by fresh and local produce, by Mediterranean and Italian cusine, and executed with skill and passion, the menu was presented by Chef Heinz Beck on the 19th and 20th July.



The open kitchen at Gusto gives diners an exceptional view of the chefs' precision and expertise as they craft each dish to perfection - a unique opportunity to see a Michelin star restaurant team in action.

The Tasting Menu - with options of 7 or 9 moments, and the à la carte menu will be available throughout the summer, along with exciting new wine pairings.
