O Finalmente, is a family entreprise with two generations working side by side, one in the kitchen, one at the tables. Since 1978 when the Cristo family first opened the doors, the restaurant serves deceptively simple food where local produce shines and there is a world of flavour in each forkfull. The menu changes to reflect the seasons. Fresh seafood, herbs, quality meat and time are the foundations of the dishes served, along with pride in showcasing Algarve flavours.
With views towards the ocean, the rooftop terrace is the best spot for summer dining. Enjoy freshly grilled fish, Algarve-style tuna steak, or share razor clam rice stew. There are vegan and vegetarian options too. And the starters showcase the traditional roots with a contemporary outlook of O Finalmente, such as the tasty vegetable tempura and beetroot hummus, and the octopus croquettes with coriander mayonnaise.
