Sueste

Located right on the quayside of Ferragudo, Sueste is the restaurant to visit for the freshest seafood and some authentic algarve flavours. An iconic restaurant in the Algarve, it is back in 2026 with a new menu, new services and a new look.

From the display cabinet showcasing the catch of the day you choose your fish. Here the hints from the knowledgeable waiters come in handy as they can best explain the types of fish available and the size of fish that best suits your party.  Once the selection is made the fish is cleaned and prepared for grilling. The cook butterflies the fish, sprinkles it with sea salt and onto the grill it goes. 

The focus at Sueste is seafood, and there are also other options - meat and vegetarian - on the menu.
